The villa sits on a large private plot. A spacious terrace with sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a private infinity pool surrounded by greenery creates a calm outdoor living space. The main pavilion includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; the master bathroom has a bathtub. A bright living room with a Smart TV and a dining area forms the central part of the house. The fully equipped European kitchen features a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, all essential utensils and a dining table for six guests. The third bedroom is located in a separate pavilion with its own bathroom, offering privacy for guests or family members. The interior follows a modern Thai aesthetic: natural wood and simple décor create a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults (additional sleeping arrangements for children can be provided if needed).

Stay Conditions • Weekly cleaning with linen and towel change is included. • Weekly garden and pool service is included. • Access to the on-site gym and covered parking at no additional cost. • No parties allowed. • Electricity is charged separately based on meter readings (check-in / check-out) at 6 baht per 1 kWh. • Water is charged separately based on meter readings (check-in / check-out) at 35 baht per 1 m³. • A security deposit of 300–800 USD is collected at check-in to cover electricity and water usage (amount depends on length of stay). • Don't flush toilet paper or sanitary products down the toilet, as this will cause a clog. If a clog occurs due to this, a repair call will incur a fee and a fine of at least 3,000 baht (depending on the repair cost). • If you forget your key inside, a manager will come out with a spare key and will charge an additional 500 baht from 09:00 to 17:00 and 1000 baht from 17:00 to 09:00.
